What we hold, what we never do.

What we collect

To take an order we need your name, address, phone number, email and what you bought. When you message us on WhatsApp, the thread stays with us so the conversation reads as one story — including the photos and size questions you send.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or trade your data
• We never run unsolicited mailers or offer lists
• We never pass your details beyond what an order needs

Where your cart lives

Your cart lives in your browser's local storage — it survives a refresh and needs no account. Nothing in that cart reaches us until you place the order.

Payments

Payments run through our payment partner, and your card details never touch our servers or our inbox. What we see is a confirmation and a final amount.

Who sees your address

The courier needs it to deliver, and a handful of suppliers need it to pack. That is the whole list. We share the minimum required to fulfil your order, and hold everything else in one private place.

Your data, on your request

You can ask to see everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Write to hello@kumudra.in from the email you ordered with, and we honour the request within 30 days — no forms, no runaround.
